Choose the report
Open Essential record forms in Compliance or the tenancy setup checklist. Choose Inventory & check-in or Condition report, the property/tenancy, visit date and person completing it.
Open Compliance →Work room by room
Add a separate room/item entry with clear description, condition, cleanliness and any action needed. Use consistent descriptions so later visits can compare the same item. Note keys, fixtures and relevant safety observations.
Open Compliance →Attach photos as you go
Choose photos or Take photo & attach on your phone. Wait for the attachment count and thumbnail to update. Add several photos per entry, remove any incorrect attachments and record gas, electricity, water or other meter readings with the matching photos.
Open Compliance →Save, review and share
Save the editable record and PDF, check the PDF and obtain the required acknowledgements outside the CRM. Reopen the saved report to edit and create a new PDF version. Existing PDF copies retain their earlier contents.
Open Documents →If a photo does not appear
Keep the form open and check any upload error, signal and selected property. Choose the image from your gallery as a fallback. Wait for upload to finish before saving; uploaded evidence needs to pass security scanning.
