Start with your business identity
The rent-to-rent company using the CRM is the business on your generated reports. Add its name, address, phone, email and optional logo. The tenant-facing legal landlord and address for notices are separately confirmed in each tenancy.
Open Business identity →Add landlords
Add each property owner, contact information, payment preferences and private bank details. These are instructions for your team; the CRM does not send a bank transfer.
Open Landlords →Add properties and rooms
Choose the property owner, record your headlease dates, agreed landlord rent and due day. Add rooms if you let separately. Record authority to sublet and the actual arrangement.
Open Properties →Add people, then tenancies
Create a tenant record for every named tenant and adult occupier. Choose Create tenancy to link those people to the property or room. You can create missing people or properties beside the selector without leaving the form.
Open Tenants & tenancies →Complete the setup checklist
Open the tenancy, use Manage setup and work through its readiness checklist. Prepare or upload the agreement, retain a signed copy and record actual checks and delivery evidence before activation.
